We prepare and present investment projects to the National Housing Agency (ANV) in accordance with Law No. 18,795, which allow your company to obtain a series of tax benefits. These benefits depend on the qualification of the investment, and basically consist of exemption from income tax and VAT in the first sale, exemption of wealth tax during construction and for the next 3 years, as well as exemption of import taxes and fees for those goods declared not competitive to the national industry. They also include VAT refund in the acquisition of materials and services for the construction of the property. In addition, they include great benefits for those who purchase homes included in this regime.
We monitor the record until the resolution is approved by the state agencies involved.
Monthly, we present the control and execution documentation of the project promoted to the state agencies involved.
