Pedro Uribe is founder and Managing Partner of the firm. He has a proven record of success in accounting, tax, and financial advisory supported by more than 10 years of experience in the management of national and multinational companies within different sectors, such as agriculture, finance, services, construction, education and public sector.
He has expertise in tax auditing and consulting, tax due diligence, tax settlements, transfer pricing, investment projects and Financial Statements. He also has experience in strategic planning, redesigning of cost systems, organizational redesign, improvement of management and management information systems.
He has participated in numerous conferences and congresses in Uruguay and abroad (Argentina, the United States, the Netherlands, England, Mexico, and Thailand) and he was volunteer advisor at DESEM (Junior Achievement Uruguay).

2020 - Master in Financial Management. Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Thesis topic: Barriers to process simplification and automation in management accounting: an application for Uruguayan accounting firms.
2018 - Master in International Taxation. University of the Republic, Uruguay. Thesis topic: Modifications introduced by Action 8 (Aligning Transfer Pricing Outcomes with Value Creation) from the BEPS Plan to Chapter VI (intangibles) of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
