• We prepare Financial Statements formulated according to Accounting Standards, with their required professional reports for presentation to the Board, financial institutions and the Internal Audit of the Nation.

Human resources management

• We do the payroll of all the regimes in accordance with current regulations and present the corresponding documentation to comptroller organisms (BPS, DGI and MTSS). We manage your staff and we perform labour audits.

• We advise about possible conflicts and we participate in negotiations with your staff.

Compliance of Outsourcing Control Law

• We orientate this service to control subcontractors, intermediaries or suppliers of labour according to the legal framework established by Law 18.099 verifying its strict compliance and detecting associated contingencies. Our service includes control of the following documentation:

  • Certificates of being up to date with DGI, BPS and BSE.
  • Unified Labour Form BPS-MTSS.
  • Payments of BPS, IRPF and BSE.
  • Salary receipts, criteria for liquidations and applicable work agreements.
  • Nominees of BPS as well as registrations, cancellations and modifications.

Electronic billing

• We assist our clients to obtain the digital signature, help them to select the supplier that best suits their needs, participate in the configuration of the system until it is operational, and make and send the electronic tax receipts.

• We offer our clients from abroad the management of temporary and permanent legal residences for their staff.
